SKILLED FORMWORK CARPENTER
Lower Mainland, BC | Full-time
Duties will include:
- Building, erecting and bracing of forms
- Erecting, sheeting of scaffolding
- Pouring and finishing concrete
- Following safety rules on job site
- Read drawings & following instructions
- Miscellaneous construction tasks
ESTIMATOR
Lower Mainland, BC | Full-time
Duties will include:
- Preparing & coordinating estimates for tenders
- Prepare complete quantity takeoff based on scope of work
- Monitor all changes in scope during the estimate period
- Select vendors and/or subcontractors and determine costs
- Consult with vendors and clients to discuss alternate approved materials
- Search, analyse & communicate options for the most effective means & methods of construction
FORKLIFT / MOBILE CRANE OPERATOR
Vancouver, BC | Full-time
Hiring forklift operators, must have minimum of two (2) years direct experience in construction.
Duties will include:
- Loading + unloading trucks
- Stacking + organizing material on site
- Moving materials when needed
- Clean up when required
- Maintenance of forklift equipment
- Miscellaneous construction tasks
CONCRETE FINISHER
- 2 years’ experience an asset, but not required
- Experience in flatwork, placing and finishing
- Ability to work well in a team environment
