Dorosh Construction
We are a civil contracting company, specializing in a wide range of concrete forming, placing and finishing. Since 2012, we have been working for some of the most established general contractors and developers all across the Lower Mainland and throughout the province. Our team has successfully completed projects for numerous stakeholders including MoTI, Trans Mountain Pipeline, BC Transit, and numerous municipalities.

Adam Dorosh
General Manager
As the General Manager and one of the Principal Owners of Dorosh Construction, Adam has a hands-on approach in managing all departments and every aspect of operations. He works closely with his management team and is directly involved in all processes and daily operations. One of his key roles has become building and maintaining strong work relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and his employees.
Adam began working in construction immediately after high school. His career truly started though when he started working at Lafarge in the Structural Division as an Apprentice Carpenter. He had spent nearly 10 years working for them and earned himself a position as Head Foreman. Risking everything, Adam had left to start Dorosh Construction in 2012. Some of the relationships that he built with his previous co-workers were strong enough that they wanted to join him on his venture. Shortly after they had also partnered with Tybo Contracting. Together they have built a company that has been slowly and steadily growing each year. Adam strongly believes that his biggest asset is his team and is committed to incorporating a rewarding work environment.
Mike Klotz
Vice President
As the Vice President at Dorosh Construction Mike has over 30 years of construction experience, specializing in; roadworks and bridge building.
In the beginning of his career, Mike worked his way from shovel to Superintendent with Columbia Bitulithic Lafarge Canada Ltd., for 13 years. With over 20 years in the civil construction industry and detailed experience in underground services, electrical, asphalt, concrete, landscaping, excavation and bridge works Mikes experience in all aspects of road and civil works makes him a real asset. Mike is a well-rounded and a confident person who has excellent management capabilities which allows him to consistently deliver projects on time and on budget while still ensuring the project meets the clients’ objectives.
Mike’s main philosophy is having the right people on the team, thus, making for a great company culture and successful projects, all around.
